These lovable little ones still produce milk like standard size cows but need less space and dont do as much damage to your land as normal-sized cattle might.

A standard-sized Blue Heeler will weigh 30 to 50 pounds and stand up 17 to 20 inches tall. It is stocky and muscular. A miniature version of this breed will be smaller although size estimates are difficult to find.

But other mini breeds such as Miniature Highlands Longhorns and some of the International Miniature Cattle Breeders Society and Registry breeds are modern creations developed by crossing small standard-size cattle with established small breeds usually Dexters. There is a miniature sized pig also known as a mini pig or potbellied pig but these pigs are anything but mini. This term only describes a class of pigs that are smaller than the farm pigs but these do NOT describe actual breeds of pigs nor the size of the pig you will end up with.
